Do not delay emergency treatment, emergency medical services, medical direction, consultation, or other necessary care while attempting to access or use Heroes One.
In an emergency, users should follow applicable emergency procedures, protocols, medical direction, and local emergency-response requirements.
The availability of the application is not guaranteed during an emergency.
10. Clinical Protocols and Scope of Practice
Healthcare laws, treatment protocols, medication formularies, scopes of practice, and standards may differ by jurisdiction, employer, agency, facility, and profession.
Information provided through Heroes One does not authorize a user to perform any procedure, administer any medication, or provide any treatment outside the user’s legally permitted scope of practice.

11. Information Accuracy and Updates
Khinaxio Holdings strives to provide useful and accurate information; however, medicine and healthcare continuously evolve.
Clinical recommendations, medications, concentrations, dosing practices, guidelines, laboratory reference ranges, protocols, equipment, and standards may change.
We do not guarantee that every piece of information available through the Services will always be:
- Complete;
- Error-free;
- Current;
- Applicable to every patient;
- Applicable to every jurisdiction;

Users should independently verify clinically significant information before applying it to patient care.
12. Medical Illustrations and Educational Content
Images, diagrams, ECG examples, capnography waveforms, anatomical illustrations, procedural illustrations, and other visual materials contained in Heroes One may be simplified or stylized for educational purposes.
They should not be interpreted as exact representations of every clinical presentation or patient.
13. Patient Information and Protected Health Information
Unless a particular feature expressly states otherwise, Heroes One is not intended to function as an electronic health record, patient chart, or medical-record storage system.
Users should not enter personally identifiable patient information, protected health information (“PHI”), medical-record numbers, patient names, or other confidential patient information into fields that are not specifically designed and authorized for that purpose.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable patient privacy and confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA where applicable.
14. User Accounts
Certain features may require users to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Protecting access to your account;
- Preventing unauthorized use;
- Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share account credentials in a manner that violates your subscription terms or allows unauthorized users to access paid Services.
15. Subscriptions and Paid Services
Heroes One may offer free and paid features, including recurring subscriptions.
Subscription options, prices, billing periods, and available features will be displayed before purchase.
Depending on the platform used to purchase a subscription, billing may be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee.
16. Automatic Renewal
Where recurring subscriptions are offered, subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal deadline.
Renewal terms, cancellation requirements, and billing procedures are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase and, where applicable, by the relevant application marketplace.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
17. Cancellations and Refunds
If a subscription or purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refund requests may be subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable platform.
Khinaxio Holdings cannot guarantee that a refund request submitted to a third-party platform will be approved.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but may not terminate access to paid features before the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to applicable platform rules and law.
18. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional periods, discounts, or other offers.
Eligibility and terms may vary.
Unless otherwise stated, a trial may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period if it is not canceled in accordance with the terms presented when the trial begins.
19. Application Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to our Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Heroes One or other Services may become temporarily unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Software updates;
- Internet connectivity;
- Device problems;
- Server outages;
- Third-party service interruptions;
- Cybersecurity incidents;
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Users should not rely on Heroes One as their sole source of information when uninterrupted access to clinical information is required.
20. Updates and Changes to Heroes One
We may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or content.
Updates may be necessary for security, compatibility, functionality, regulatory requirements, or improvement of the Services.

This includes the Heroes One name, branding, interface, and original application content to the extent protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Your use of the Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

24. Third-Party Content and Links
Heroes One and the Khinaxio Holdings website may reference or link to third-party websites, publications, guidelines, resources, application stores, or services.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers.
Khinaxio Holdings is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or content of independent third-party services.

25. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.
26. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
KHINAXIO HOLDINGS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY, TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or suitable for every clinical situation.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
27. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KHINAXIO HOLDINGS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
This includes, where permitted by law, losses resulting from reliance on information, loss of data, interruption of service, or unauthorized access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
28. Professional Responsibility
Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for the care they provide.
Use of Heroes One does not transfer clinical responsibility to Khinaxio Holdings.
Users must independently determine whether information, calculations, medication doses, procedures, or other content are appropriate for a particular patient or clinical situation.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khinaxio Holdings LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of:
- Material violations of these Terms;
- Fraudulent activity;
- Security threats;
- Unauthorized use;
- Abuse of the Services;
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Termination does not automatically cancel a subscription managed through a third-party application marketplace; such subscriptions must be managed according to the applicable platform’s procedures.
31. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions contained in these Terms.
Important: Before adding mandatory arbitration, jury-trial waiver, class-action waiver, or an exclusive Nevada court provision, I recommend having an attorney review those provisions rather than copying generic internet language.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
When these Terms are updated, the Last Updated date will be revised.
Where required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
34. No Waiver
Failure by Khinaxio Holdings to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
35. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for particular Services, constitute the agreement between you and Khinaxio Holdings regarding use of the Services, except where another written agreement expressly applies.
